Maxene Weinberg Agency’s online document repository program, MWA Web, enables you to schedule, change or cancel depositions as well as access your deposition transcripts and invoices. It is very easy to use, and gives you the added feature of being able to see your firm's entire calendar at any time, from anywhere.
Please click on our CLIENT LOGIN icon in the upper right hand corner of our website. You will be directed to the client login entry screen. If you choose, you can change the user ID and password that our corporate office issued to you at any time after logging on, by clicking on "My Web", and "Change ID" or "Change Password".
To review all of your jobs currently scheduled or in progress, click on the "Calendar" tab.
To schedule a new calendar setting, click on the "Request New Job" tab, and enter the information in the required fields.
Once you complete your transaction, you will be sent a confirming email. We will, at the same time, be sent a notification email that you have scheduled. If you are setting or canceling within 48 business hours of the date of the deposition, we do ask that you contact us directly.
Find what you need quickly. With MWA Web, you can find everything you need from our offices, whenever you need it, without waiting.
Need to check your upcoming depositions? You don't have to wait to hear from us. Your online calendar always has the latest information on your upcoming depositions. View your calendar month by month or as a list. Focus your calendar using multiple search criteria, such as job dates, case name, or witness, by selecting choices in drop-downs or typing partial entries in text boxes. Get quick details simply by rolling your mouse over a listing. Click a listing for full details, even deposition location directions.
Need to request a deposition, but don't want to type a lot of information? Use our "smart" order form. Simply select a similar deposition from your calendar, then click Copy & New. Enter the new date and time, update any other information that changes - even attach up to three files, such as notices of intention or exhibits.
Need a copy of an invoice? Or want to check your current outstanding balance? Click Activity to see a list of your current outstanding invoices and balances. Click an invoice to see its details and download a PDF version for archiving or printing. Looking for a paid invoice? Use the Search filters to find it.
Need a transcript or other file? For quick access to transcripts only, click Transcripts. If you don't see the transcript you are looking for, use the Search filters to pare down the list. For complete access to all of your files for a particular case, click Case Repository.
Maxene Weinberg Agency also has physical repository capabilities to comply with Case Management Orders, Construction Defect and other types of document intensive cases that require on-site storage of documents.
